Order Wigs Online offer free shipping over $99. For some remote place.There will be remote fee. We will contact you before shipping.The shipping methods can not be specified. If you need the order urgently pls make a note when place order. We will try our best to choose the fastest express for you.

CUSTOM TAX
Usually there is no tax for orders from USA. There maybe tax for orders from other countries. For orders from other countries,We ship all items marked as ‘synthetic hair sample’, and we also write a lower value on the invoice to avoid tax/duty.If you were charged tax by your local Custom, we would like to help you to go through the Customs. But the tax will be paid by the buyer.
PROCESSING TIME
Your orders are shipped from our warehouses located in USA or China Mainland. Items in stock usually shipped within 48 hours. If you place the order on Weekends or Chinese holidays,your order will be dispatched on the next working day. In some cases delivery may take a little longer than stated due to security and customs clearance.
Attention : We will send order confirmation and shipping inform message by email or message after you place the order , please check it, once you don't receive it pls double check your inbox and spam folder.
DELIVERED BUT NOT DELIVERED
If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, Pls double check your address and check with your neighbour,post office,mailbox,front desk,mailroom or other place where the pakcage maybe put at. Also, please contact couriers at numbers in order to investigate this issue.
We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to a work address to ensure that you receive it safe and sound.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.
MILITARY ADDRESS
We do ship to military addresses like Puerto Rico, Guam, APO and FPO. Military addresses will be shipped via DHL. For military orders, delivery times can be upwards of 7-15 business days.
